Terms of Service

BoostMyBusiness is a curated marketplace. Services listed on the platform are delivered by independent, vetted partner firms under their own engagement letters and invoices.

We facilitate discovery, introduction, scoping support, reporting and quality mediation. We are not a party to the contract between you and the partner firm.

Prices shown are partner-listed and fixed for 12 months from your signup date, unless a written scope says otherwise. One-time projects receive a fixed written quote after scoping.

You pay the partner firm directly against their GST invoice. BoostMyBusiness does not take payments for services in this build.

Partners are reviewed quarterly against quality criteria. If a partner's quality slips and does not recover within one review cycle, we will re-match your active engagement with another vetted partner at no additional cost.

Don't misuse the platform: no scraping, no submitting false enquiries, no circumventing partner agreements. Accounts used for abuse may be suspended.
