Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can cancel any package before kickoff with a full refund of any amount paid, since no delivery work has begun. The partner firm issues refunds to the original payment source within 7–10 working days.

After kickoff, monthly packages are month-to-month following the initial term (usually 3 months, stated in your scope). Cancel with 30 days' written notice; completed months are not refunded, and the running month is charged pro-rata.

One-time projects follow the milestone schedule in your written scope. Cancelled milestones are refunded in full; milestones in progress are charged for the work completed to that point.

For pay-from-savings audits, fees are charged only on savings verified against your actual invoices. If no verified savings are found on eligible engagements, you pay nothing beyond the flat audit fee where one applies.
